Terms of Service

You must be at least 21 years of age, or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction if higher, to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not meet this requirement or who we reasonably believe has misrepresented their age.

Drunky Deals is a discovery platform that allows users to browse discounted offers on alcohol and related products made available by independently owned and operated retail businesses ("Merchants"). Drunky Deals:

You may claim a deal through the Service, which adds it to your digital wallet. Redemption occurs in person at the Merchant's physical location, where the Merchant is solely responsible for verifying your identity and age before completing any alcohol sale, consistent with applicable law.

Clicking an online deal directs you to the Merchant's own website or a third-party platform, in a new browser tab, where the transaction, delivery, age verification, and all related obligations are handled entirely by that Merchant or third-party platform. Drunky Deals is not a party to that transaction.

To claim deals or use certain features, you may be required to create an account, including via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Merchants featured on the Service are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or franchisees of Drunky Deals. Drunky Deals does not guarantee the availability, quality, legality, or accuracy of any Merchant's offer, inventory, or licensing status. Any dispute regarding a claimed deal, redemption, or purchase must be resolved directly with the Merchant.

All content on the Service, including the Drunky Deals name, logo, and design, is owned by or licensed to Drunky Deals and may not be used without our prior written consent. Merchant logos, deal content, and related materials remain the property of the respective Merchant.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEAL, PRICE, OR MERCHANT INFORMATION DISPLAYED IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT AT ALL TIMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRUNKY DEALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY TRANSACTION, PRODUCT, OR SERVICE OBTAINED FROM A MERCHANT, EVEN IF DRUNKY DEALS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drunky Deals, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law, including laws governing the purchase or consumption of alcohol.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or Merchants.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
